Monmouth beach is just outside Lyme and includes the 'Ammonite Graveyard', a shelf containing hundreds of ammonites. Measuring about two feet in diameter, this one was slightly too large to take home.

The beach at Charmouth is covered in amazing rocks that have tumbled down from the surrounding cliffs (which are susceptible to landslip). Shot into the sun, the glow effect was produced with the aid of fill-in flash and a little editing.
